China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd. held its 27th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 28 April 2021 at 3:00pm (Singapore time) by way of electronic means without the physical presence of shareholders or authorised representatives in accordance with the Guidance on the Conduct of General Meetings Amid Evolving COVID-19 Situation.

China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd will be conducting its 26th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) only by electronic means and the proceedings of the AGM will be broadcast through a “live” webcast comprising both audio-visual and “live” audio streams, to provide you with the opportunity to watch the AGM proceedings online, using your smartphone, tablet or computer, or listen to the AGM proceedings through a “live” audio-only stream.

To watch the “live” webcast and/or listen to the “live” audio-only stream, you will need to pre-register online at CAO Virtual AGM and provide the requested information by 1 June 2020, 3:00 p.m. (Singapore time) to enable the Company to verify your shareholder status.

Mr Owen Wong, Head of Risk Management at CAO, will present the Group’s risk management initiatives and provide insights on how his team identifies key risks and develops mitigation strategies to manage the risks of the Group’s growing business portfolio to achieve sustainable returns amid challenges in the business environment.
