As of 1 November 2025, Dr Jeffrey Goh serves as the Adviser to the Board of the Gulf Air Group. Dr Goh has been a prominent leader in the global aviation community, prior to his current appointment, he was the Group Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Air Group Holding, a state-owned enterprise entrusted with overseeing and developing the air transportation industry in Bahrain. The Gulf Air Group Holding comprises national carrier Gulf Air, Bahrain Airport Company, Gulf Aviation Academy and joint venture companies in airport services and duty free. In the two years preceding his current role, he led the recalibration of the network strategy and positioned customer experience as a strategic pillar of the airline.

He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Star Alliance (Germany/Singapore) between January 2017 and December 2022. Over his close to two-decade-long tenure with Star Alliance, he played a pivotal role in shaping its strategic direction and operational success, having held various senior executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel and General Counsel & VP Corporate Services, before assuming the CEO position.

He has significant international experience and exposure in the private and public sectors. He possesses extensive knowledge of global airline alliances and airline industry, and has broad experience in senior corporate management including strategy development and cross-cultural stakeholder management as well as in the sustainability initiatives.

Dr Goh has a Doctor of Philosophy in Principles and Policies of Regulating Airline Competition from the University of Sheffield, UK, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hull, UK.

Mr Zou Yaoping oversees the Company’s finance, treasury management, taxation, capital management and risk management functions. He concurrently serves as the General Manager of North American Fuel Corporation.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr Zou had held senior management roles with a portfolio spanning finance management, financial investment, and hedging management in China National Aviation Fuel Group Limited as well as China National Aviation Fuel Finance Co., Ltd. 

Mr Zou holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (majoring in International Finance) as well as a Master of Business Administration from Central South University, China. He is also a certified Senior Economist (China).
